陳健恒先生是凱樂士的創辦人, 擁有超過15年的豐富會計經驗。他於香港長大, 於澳大利亞完成商科學士學位。他曾在香港，越南和柬埔寨的公司長駐工作, 曾擔任數間公司的財務部管理角色。陳先生擅長東南亞國家在會計上的運作管理 , 也擅長整合與簡化當地公司與集團在會計之間的差異 , 讓公司能同時輕易通過本地法定核數, 稅務核數及集團核數。
陳先生能操流利英語，中文（普通話和廣東話）
Mr. Chan is the founder of KlearC Co., Ltd. He has over 15 years’ experience in accounting industry. He obtained his bachelor degree (B. Commerce) in Australia and gained his valuable management experience in Hong Kong, Vietnam and Cambodia. Mr. Chan experts in the accounting operations in Southeast Asian countries, he is expert at integrating the accounting differences between local companies and group companies. Mr. Chan speaks English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

陳慧玉小姐是凱樂士的董事之一。 她在柬埔寨執業, 擁有數個法國法學碩士學位，並獲得柬埔寨律師協會頒發的CAPA 職業資格證書。 她為柬埔寨為國內和國際客戶處理過各式各樣的私人法律事務。陳小姐專門處理勞工，房地產，商業和公司法律和訴訟。 她能操流利高棉語，英語和法語。
Ms. Sreypeou is the Director of KlearC Co., Ltd. She is admitted to practice law in the Cambodia; She holds several Master of Law degree in France, got CAPA ( Certificat d’Aptitude de Profession d’Avocate) from the Bar Association of Cambodia.
She has worked on a wide variety of private legal matters for national and international clients operating business in Cambodia. Ms. Sreypeou specializes in labor, real estate, commercial & corporate laws and litigation. She speaks Khmer, English and French.

Somaly 小姐是凱樂士的董事之一。 她擁有在柬埔寨的稅務執照, 也擁有柬埔寨大學的會計碩士及學士學位。Somaly 小姐擁有接近10年的豐富會計經驗，熟悉柬埔寨稅務法律及規則。
Ms. Somaly is the Director of KlearC Co., Ltd. She hold a certificate of Tax Agent from National Tax School, Master Degree of Financial Management from the Royal University of Law and Economic and Bachelor Degree of Financial Accounting from Build Bright University.
She has nearly 10 years experience in accounting sector. Ms. Somaly experts in the tax law and regulation. and have a wide experience in accounting.
